Prof. (Dr.) Sujata Kadam, Professor of the SRPT Department at AIIA, Delhi, has officially assumed the additional charge as Director of the All India Institute of Ayurveda, succeeding Prof. (Dr.) Tanuja Nesari. On the occasion of Dhanvantari Jayanti and the 9th Ayurveda Day, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated Phase-II of All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi.

All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi organised its first-ever international conference – AROHA-2024 from 17th to 19th October 2024. The inauguration was done by Dr. Justice Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India. The event was graced by Shri Prataprao Jadhav, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Ministry of Ayush and Health & Family Welfare; Vd. Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush; Dr. Shyama Kuruvilla, Director (ad interim) of the WHO Global Traditional Medicine Centre, Jamnagar, Gujarat; Lt. Gen. AIIA under the Ministry of Ayush Celebrated its 8th Foundation Day. The event was graced by Hon’ble President of India Smt. Droupadi Murmu; Shri Vinay Kumar Saxena, Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi; Shri Prataprao Jadhav, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ayush; Secretary Ayush Vd Rajesh Kotecha; AIIA Director Prof.(Dr) Tanuja Nesari; senior officials of Ayush Ministry and other senior faculty members of AIIA.
