All India Institute of Ayurveda has a state of art research and patient care laboratory, which is rapidly growing and adding new technological advancements for patient care and Research. The Clinical Pathology laboratory is situated on the first floor of the hospital and comprises an area of about 800 meter square. Having four rooms dedicated to Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Biochemistry and Microbiology and the man power of six laboratory technicians and five lab attendants the lab is adding new equipment to each section. The lab is dedicated to patient care and follows the highest standard norms to their service. Quality Control is an important aspect of its functioning. Nominal rates are charged to the patients facilitating the highest point of tests. The facilities of the laboratories have been made free to the sectors of the society which are below the poverty line. To facilitate the patient care, All India Institute of Ayurveda has entered a Memorandum of Association with a NABL accredited Laboratory which collects the samples for tests not being done in the institute. The laboratory has the expertise of a Consultant Pathologist, Consultant Biochemist and Consultant Microbiologist who provide their expertise to the laboratory and Research work of the scholars. The laboratory presently provides investigations in the hematology section, Biochemistry, ELISA tests, Immuno assay, Clinical Pathology
