Ayurveda practice is challenging. Many physicians come across with certain clinical situations that have not mentioned in textbooks and presented in an unusual way. On the other hand, physicians may also have success stories for certain conditions, where no satisfactory answers are available in contemporary field. Dissemination of such success practices is a way of sharing knowledge that will help in shaping the health care system, what we see today. Case Reports help practitioners to share their experiences with peers, researchers, students and other interested. Ayurveda needs more and more evidence based success stories.
