Hon’ble Union Minister of Ayush Sarbananda Sonowal visited All India Institute of Ayurveda. Smt. Jai Devi Kaushal, MLA from Malihabad, UP, was also present at the occasion.
Induction programme of the first batch of 100 BAMS students of All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Goa was organized on February 20, 2023. The event witnessed the elite presence of Shripad Yesso Naik, Hon. MoS for Tourism and Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Shri Harilal B Menon, Hon. VC of Goa University, Dr. Manoj Nesari, Hon. Advisor, Ministry of Ayush and Prof (Dr) Tanuja Manoj Nesari, Director, AIIA.
AIIA organises Shishyopanayana Samskara programme for 7th batch of MD/MS and 3rd batch Ph.D scholars
A Taiwanese delegation, led by Yi-Tsau Huang,Director-General, Department of Chinese Medicine & Pharmacy, Ministry of Health & Welfare, visited AIIA to explore opportunities for the collaboration with a view to take Ayurvedic wisdom to Taiwan.
The week-long celebration of Women’s day concluded at AIIA. Mrs. Richa Anirudh, Motivational Speaker, Anchor & Producer was the Chief Guest. Ms. Promi, IA & AS was the special guest. The event was graced by Prof. (Dr) Tanuja Nesari, Director AIIA, Mrs Pratibha Singh, Kathak Artist & Secretary Kala Mandir and other senior faculty members of AIIA.

PM Narendra Modi dedicated the satellite centre of AIIA to the Nation.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Ayush and the Union Tribal Ministry to explore areas of collaboration, convergence, and synergy for tribal development while preserving tribal cultural heritage through evidence-based planning and capacity building on Ayurveda Day.
AIIA under the aegis of Ministry of Ayush, formally launched the #AyurvedaDay 2022 programme at a hybrid event. The 6-week long programme, which will run from 12th Sep-23rd Oct, will encompass a series of events under the theme ‘Har Din Har Ghar Ayurveda’.
Molecular Biology Lab at Department of Rog Nidan, AIIA, organised a 6-days ‘Basic Molecular Biology Techniques’ workshop at the Institute
