other identity card at the time of admission. Self-Attested copy of BPL card
should be submitted at the time of admission for availing applied benefits. All
Non-Indians should submit copy of passport at the admission time
Discharge day bed charges are applied if
the discharge happens after 12 pm. Refund of money will be given only up to 7
days after discharge/abscond of the patient.
Once get admitted, your bed category cannot
be degraded to room with lower room rent. However, upgradation is allowed.
Currently no TPA/CGHS/ECHS services are
available in the hospital. Patient have to do all reimbursement procedures by
themselves from the respective office.
Penalty of Rs.100/pass is applicable if the patient/attender failed to submit attender / visitor pass at the time of discharge.
Note: In case you need a medical ambulance to drop you at your home/referral
hospital, then you may book ambulance by dialing 102.

Guidelines for Patient attendant & Visitors
Only one attendant is allowed with a patient and patient will not be admitted in hospital without attendant

For the comfort of all our patients, we request you to limit your visitors during visiting hours
Please note that visitors may be restricted according to a patient’s medical condition and/or special needs and as per hospital policy.
At the time of admission, you will be issued passes for attendants and visitors. Please request your attendant and visitors to wear/display these passes while in the hospital premises. In case of loss of the pass, you may get in touch with IPD/Reception staff for new pass by paying the fine.
Visits by children under the age of 12 are not allowed on patient floors. This is to protect children from catching any infection.
Sanitize hands before and after visiting.
Use of mobile phones is prohibited where critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation. If you must use your cell phone in approved areas, please speak in a soft tone so that other patients are not disturbed
AIIA will not admit patients without attendant.
Hospital premises is under CCTV surveillance, any type of misconduct with anyone will be treated seriously.
