Vision:To be the state of art centre, representing with benchmarks in practice and propagation of Panchakarma across the world. The Panchakarma Department provides theoretical and practical training to post graduate scholars, Panchakarma technicians and foreign scholars coming from different institutions around the world. Panchakarma treatment and allied therapies are provided to the patient at OPD and IPD levels. Faculty members are also extending their clinical services in remote rural areas and through satellite clinics and medical camps as per the direction of the competent authorities. The department has also provided specialized care to important personalities like ex Malaysian Dy. prime minister, various union ministers, NitiAayog officials, various Secretaries to Government of India, MP, MLA ‘s, Judges and other IPS, IAS officers, and top Government Officials. Department has also extended its services in Ayush Sub sector skill council by upgrading Panchakarma technician curriculum to national operating standards for aligning it to national skill development corporation. Regular guest lectures and training programs from experts in the field of Panchakarma are arranged in the department.

Mission:Panchakarma treatment from the hospital has provided promising results in various neurological conditions, alike GB syndrome, Hemiplegia, Transvers  Myelitis, Poly neuropathy, Post traumatic rehabilitation and various other illnesses like Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Prediabetes, Dyslipidemia etc. which were highlighted in both print and audiovisual national media time to time. Department focusses on providing more promising results in chronic musculoskeletal, neurological and lifestyle diseases.

Objective:To conduct Clinical, experimental and analytical Researches to prove the efficacy and scientific basis of Panchakarma in Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Autoimmune, Lifestyle, Allergic and Neuropsychiatric disorders etc. Also to train Postgraduate Scholars by hands on practice of Ayurveda medicine in general and Panchakarma in particular and provide authentic Panchakarma treatment to the needy patients.
